This OSRS raid guide covers 3-man Chambers of Xeric Challenge Mode (CoX CM) prep from the Infernal clan. We suggest gear, inventory, and role setups for consistently completing CoX CMs. Expect 2–3 raids an hour and ~25% chance at one roll of a purple, around 13m gp/h.

Prep Role (Veng)

Prepots
Prayer Regeneration potion coupled with Prayer Enhance removes the need for any restores before Vespula.
Top level — Tekton, Crabs, Ice Demon, Shamans
Surge/Ent — Tekton
• Insta lure Tekton while dropping brew on tile • Surge 3x into BGS; backup BGS if <40 • Scythe till dead, equip pickaxe, defender, Lightbearer and grab brew and make it to LL tile in time
Crabs
• 46s 1st bounce — requires full melee gear + Shadow to splash (will need to drop brew) • Sip + drop enh while doing 3rd bounce • Equip full surge gear + defender during crabs • Pickup brew ASAP and make it to next door by the time it opens
Ice Demon
• Surge on the way to tinderbox without losing ticks • Drop both brew while starting the insta chop cycle • 1st dump is 25+ kindling (if Tele has faster chop opt to drop kindling for Tele and start 2nd dump) • 2nd dump is 15+ kindling • Bank BGS, maul, defender, salve in that order to make withdrawing later easier • Sip + drop ovl and make it to SS where prep has ferried the brew • Surge till dead (hover mouse over the door's north tile to be ready to move there) • Equip range gear ZCB
Shamans
• Click 1 tile before tendrils and click tendrils as they load so you don't get caught • Insta ZCB the close shaman on longrange • Tank 1st shaman and TBow finish it off while 2 others peel off to 2nd shaman • Kill 2nd shaman while making your way to prep room • While running to Vanguards put ZCB back on rapid
• Run to far vanguard in mage gear ready to Shadow Melee 1x wherever it spawns • If Range spawns on you: Scythe Range 2nd hit then ZCB 3rd hit before down • If Melee spawns on you: run to Range after 1st Shadow for Scythe 2x before down • If Mage spawns on you: Shadow Melee 2x then ZCB Mage 3rd hit before down • Follow Melee vanguard after 1st down • Pickup Melee + Mage pots
Thieving
• Pick color to follow and dump at 15+ grubs • Drop ovl, enh (at trough if you have) • Get 10+ grubs and dump • Bank raid pots + Withdraw pickaxe, defender, salve, brew, 2x rev • Sip + drop ovl, enh • Get additional grubs if needed • Be ready in mage gear at door when rooms ending
Vespula & Tightrope
• Vespula: Shadow entry into ZCB back into Shadow. Leave for tightrope slightly early. • Tightrope: Equip range gear + pickaxe, defender and Infernal Cape. Sip full brew, 1 dose rev before you arrive at rope. Insta cross and pick up + drop crystal. Cross back.
Bank after tight for 3 brew (2–3 doses rev will last floor 3 assuming minor lazy flicking). Equip Ultor once you get to Guardians. Assigned to kill north before attacking other. Prepare to Vasa lure.
Vasa
• North lure Vasa equipping range gear on run • 1x TBow -> ZCB -> 4x TBow if it goes east • 1x TBow -> ZCB -> 3x TBow if it goes west • Path to crystal in between hits in case you don't get 1 down
Mystics
• Wear range gear + salve to dps. 1st, 3rd, 2nd, 4th mystic kill order • Do not overkill and peel off to next • Equip ANGUISH + ZCB as room is ending getting ready to tendril skip • Control click door to walk through and click past where tendril spawn to skip Muttadile
Muttadile
• ZCB Surge into 2x Shadow then Entangle • Stay in melee range doing step-unders praying Protect from Melee • Head to corner for big Muttadile and TBow till it dies and grab pots (brew, ovl, enh, rev)
Olm
• Bank salve, defender and withdraw maul, rev, brew (more if possible without wasting time) • Head into Olm. Swap to Lightbearer while running + Ultor on melee hand • Unequipping Lightbearer resets regen. Equipping resets unless regen is already at 50%+ • P1 insta maul (HORN by Prep) designated thumb tile for when mage hand dies throughout fight • P2 insta maul (HORN by Prep) • P3 insta maul Surge (HORN by Prep). Start running on crystals. Hybrid to help melee hand if it falls behind • P4 ZCB and keep head turning. If communicated the 2 players outside can center head on you.
