CM 3's No Prep

This OSRS raid guide from the Infernal clan covers 3-man Chambers of Xeric no prep CMs. Gear, inventory, and role suggestions for CoX without prep rooms. These raids can be inconsistent and sometimes end in wipes if you are not confident in avoiding damage.

Warning: no prep CMs use a lot of Purple sweets. Expect to use a minimum of 150 (1.75m gp) worth per completed raid. You should expect 2–3 raids an hour and finish with ~15% chance at one roll of a purple, making around 10m gp/h.

Different Teams

Every raid and group is different. Make sure your team has: • ZGS — used to freeze Mumma Muttadile • BGS — melee hand typically brings, used for Tekton and Olm hand (3x Maul then BGS) • Tightrope room dictates a lot of roles — crosser should have highest agility and be Thralls

Note: Every tick out of combat, you could be munching sweets if you aren't 90+ hp.

Top level — Tekton, Crabs, Scavs, Ice Demon, Shamans, Prep

Tekton
• Any can start the raid. Everyone Maul then BGS/Claws • Reset if Tekton Anvils • Pick up 1 ovl, 1 enh and run to crabs. Everyone sip enhance and overload in crabs
Crabs

Scavs

Skip this room, it's a no prep. Purple sweet reminder.

Ice Demon
• Drop 1 pot by Tinderbox, pick up if needed • Chop and move through room, dump at 28 • Bank maul, pickaxe, salve, ZGS/BGS • Fire surge Ice Demon down
Shamans
• Everyone enter and attack closest, ZCB spec first hit • Do not let Shamans jump! • Do not overkill, move to another and let tank finish
Prep

Skip this room, it's a no prep. Purple sweet reminder.

Middle level — Vanguards, Thieving, Vespula, Tightrope

Vanguards
• First in runs far, second north, third south • Max Mage, first hit on melee then the vanguard in your corner • Switch to your role vanguard after first rotation • Melee: Shadow, corner/lure spots. Mage: TBow, ZCB spec early. Range: Scythe, step-unders • Collect all pots from your vanguard when it dies
Thieving
• Make inventory space, thieve on way to chest • ~15 grubs, drop for TeleGrab to dump • Sip and drop ovl, enh at chest • Bank Harm, Claw, BGS. Withdraw salve, ZGS, pickaxe
Vespula & Tightrope
• Vespula: Shadow entry into ZCB, Redemption. Thralls runs to Tightrope for kirby skip • Tightrope: Thralls kirby skip, drop crystal. TeleGrab telegrabs crystal. Entangle skips room • Purple sweet reminder running to Guardians

Bottom level — Guardians, Vasa, Mystics, Muttadile

Guardians

Equip Bellator ring. Use sweets to get above 30–40 hp. Do not overkill one guardian.

Vasa
• North lure, equip range gear on run • 1x TBow -> ZCB -> 4x TBow if east, 3x if west • Path to crystal between hits
Mystics

Save specs for Muttadile. Corner traps and safespots. Tendril Skip.

Muttadile
• Baby: ZCB Surge into 2x Shadow then Entangle • Mumma: Stand by spawn, 2x TBow then ZGS/Soulflamehorn • Entangle picks up ovl, enh. TeleGrab grabs baby pots

Olm

• Bank salve, defender, pickaxe. Withdraw maul • Entangle: Melee Hand BGS. TeleGrab: Mage Skip. Thralls: Runner, Hybrid P3 • P1–P3: 3 Mauls per phase. Run on crystals P3. Use sweets • Head: Get off ZCB specs. Avoid crystals. Pray for purples
